This week, a look at our homeschool through the lens of our camera-obsessed almost-seven-year-old.

To start, one of the vast collection of sunset photos.  During the longer-daylight months, SuperHusband and Aria have taken to racing down to the school playground at sunset, in order to get photos.  How can we be certain these are photos of sunset, and not sunrise?  Because this is why we homeschool.  So we don’t have to get up so early.

Would Charlotte Mason be proud, or horrified?  Some nature-notebook material captured on a field trip last summer.  (Ah! Has it been that long? Oh my.  We do get outdoors most days, but usually no place as spectacular as the Florida swamps.)

And, some sibling action in the car on the way:

SB, by the way, has recently taken to calling herself Andabelle.   I think it might stick, here on the blog.

And to close our photo essay, the long-suffering Sunflower the cat.  Who would like you to know he is a boy cat.  A very patient boy cat.

Have a good week.
